Position Overview:
We are looking for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis for a company in Birmingham
1. To control and manage the customer accounts assigned.
2. Ensuring all collections are made in a timely manner.
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
4. Minimise bad debts.
5. To develop a close working relationship with the clients
6. Produce account reconciliation and information, both internally and externally
7. Maintaining all customer records and ledger accounts
8. Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure all customer queries are logged.
9. Undertake administrative duties as required e.g., supply statements, copy invoices, credits, applying credit terms to accounts, debt recovery letters.
10. Processing payment allocation to the ledger
11. Resolving remittance issues with customers
12. Aged debt reporting, weekly banking reporting and weekly bank rec responsibilities
