Front of House Receptionist and Assistant
We are looking to recruit an organised, well-presented person to join our team, assisting our Front of House staff with the daily running of our busy Knightsbridge clinic.
The role requires a self-motivated person with an excellent command of verbal and written English, a friendly and confident telephone manner, and a 'can do' attitude to help with tasks across the board to ensure we deliver the excellent and professional service our clients and customers expect, whilst also helping to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor and clinic.
The successful candidate must also be punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Outline of duties include but will not be limited to the following:
Front of House
- Communicating with clients in the clinic and over the phone (both clinic clients and e-commerce customers)
- Taking payments
- Filing
- Keeping areas tidy and presentable
- Stock control (including both clinic stock and e-commerce stock)
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks required
Job Type: Full time (Tuesday - Saturday)
Hours: 10am – 6pm
