Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and adapt lessons to engage all learners and promote musical exploration
Inspire students to develop musical skill, performance confidence, and appreciation for the arts
Contribute to a vibrant and creative department with a strong extracurricular offer
Support the school's commitment to inclusive education and positive behaviour management
Engage in school-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative staff cultureThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A degree and PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
A passion for music education and commitment to engaging all learners
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A desire to take part in the wider life of the school including extracurricular activities
