What you'll be doing as the electrical engineer
As the electrical engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the performance of systems across the site. Including:
* Designing and implementing solutions: Improve production efficiency and reliability, satisfying you to see your ideas come to life and make a tangible difference.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues: Develop your problem-solving skills and gain a sense of accomplishment by resolving complex challenges.
* Leading projects: Take charge of projects from concept to commissioning, enhancing your leadership skills and career growth.
* Technical support and training: Share your expertise and help colleagues maximise the effectiveness of systems, contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable workplace.
What you'll need to apply for the electrical engineer position
* An HNC or above in a relevant engineering discipline, i.e. electrical engineering.
* Experience in process-driven manufacturing.
* Extensive experience with AC drives.
What you'll receive as the electrical engineer:
* A salary of £45,000-£53,000, depending on experience
* Generous pension scheme (company matches up to 6%)

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Your working hours
Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-2pm. There is a requirement for flexibility during shutdowns and to help with callouts on an informal basis.
