Role: Construction Site Manager
Location: SW London.
Type: Full-time / Hybrid
We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Site Manager to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain site compliance
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Manage site documentation and reporting
• Monitor cost control and assist with budgeting
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and wider team
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the build process
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Site Management role
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and management
• Experience in planning, cost control, and budgeting
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
• Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management or related field
