Job Summary The Legal Team provides expert legal support to the consultancy business globally, across four hubs in Europe, MEA, APAC, and the Americas. The team is predominantly based at the London headquarters and operates in a fast-paced, commercial environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a pragmatic, commercial approach to law, with strong expertise in the construction industry being an advantage. They will work closely with commercial stakeholders, embedding governance in contracting processes, and will operate with autonomy and confidence. This role is suitable for a qualified lawyer with experience in either private practice or in-house environments. Location: Moorgate, London. Key ResponsibilitiesContract Review, Negotiation & Drafting: Lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts and legal agreements for projects, including consultancy appointments, joint venture agreements, supply chain agreements, and ancillary documentation (NDAs, collateral warranties, PCGs, performance bonds, sub-consultant contracts). Risk Management: Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks in client tenders and project documentation. Support the business in managing insured risks and claims.
