What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales Excellence: Oversee and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and hit ambitious targets.
Lead & Coach: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they achieve and exceed expectations.
Strategic Business Planning: Align regional sales strategies with company objectives and market opportunities.
Key Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, hospitals, and procurement teams.
Performance-Driven Leadership: Implement a strong management system to track, measure, and optimize team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or capital equipment.
Proven sales leadership experience, with a history of coaching and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Strong Salesforce.com skills for pipeline management and sales execution.
Strategic mindset: Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term growth strategies.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK region, including overnight stays.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
