Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute market capture plans to attract new business in the UK and EMEA regions.
* Manage customer visits, coordinate marketing campaigns, and leverage CRM systems effectively.
* Prepare and share detailed monthly reports on sales and marketing activities, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
* Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic growth objectives.
* Oversee major bid responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and professional presentation.
* Handle new product initiatives and promptly address customer inquiries.
* Assist in developing commercial pricing strategies and support high-level negotiations.
* Engage in marketing events and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bid management and understanding of RFQ processes in the UK & EMEA.
* Knowledge of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes for gaskets, seals, and assemblies.
* Understanding of quality management standards, including ISO9001.
* Well-organised with experience in both domestic and international travel.
