You are the first line of leadership on the production floor - visible, proactive, and deeply engaged in the day-to-day coordination of your team to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental goals. The successful candidates must have: Essential: GCSE English & Math Pass Level Competent in Micorsoft Packages 1-3 years relevant experience in shift supervision and team leadership in a production or manufacturing environement. Demonstrate experience in using standerdised working instructions. Desirable: 3rd Level Qualification or accredited training in Supervisory Management, Food Science, Technology Field IOSH Qualification Benefits: Continental shifts 7-7
