Direct on delivery of long-term Net Zero projects with our clients. Be prepared to travel internationally when required. You'll be responsible for: Building long and lasting relationships with our clients on Net Zero delivery. Directing in the development of upskilling processes for other RB teams. Understanding and supervising the development of heat decarbonisation appraisals and subsequent delivery of decarbonisation plans. Undertaking detailed heat demand modelling and complex carbon project calculation. Identifying energy demand reduction and load shifting opportunities within clients. Directing Net Zero programmes within other RB projects. Directing the development of net zero roadmaps for clients. Providing Net Zero technical and strategic leadership to other MACE teams and projects. Keeping up to date with low carbon technology innovations. Line managing and supporting career development of team members. Directing the design and implementation of toolkits and processes to ensure a continual improvement of service. Being a central source for information on innovation in low carbon technologies and legislation impacting on net zero delivery. Driving BMS interrogation and pathways to energy efficiency through controls philosophies within projects. Directing on client management and discussing often complex project with non-experts. Building a network and client base from which future work streams can be created. Directing in bidding and winning work for the wider team. Directing on team projects across RB across a wide range of sectors. You'll need to have: Expertise in building services and interventions that can support net zero delivery. An accreditation to a recognised industry body. Excellent IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent presentation and client management skills Knowledge and use of document control systems (optional). Experience of web-based applications/ software. Membership to an accredited body for energy managers Attention to detail and accuracy. Good inter-personal skills. Good organisation and communication skills.
