The Role
As a Warm Lead Outbound Agent, you will:
* Call pre-qualified, relevant warm data (no cold calling)
* Transfer high-quality applicants directly to insurance brokers
* Handle inbound enquiries and process accurately
* Re-contact renewal customers to secure competitive policies
* Work Saturdays on a rota
* Operate shifts between 08:30–17:00 or 11:00–19:30
