At Bolton Central Vets for Pets, we value our people just as much as our patients. We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic individual to join us as a full-time Client Care Advisor.
What your typical day will look like:
* Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring their pets receive the very best care, acting as an essential link between clients and the clinical team.
* Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team.
* Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience so they leave feeling valued, reassured, and happy to return.
* Offering a warm welcome, providing guidance and support, and handling payments and future bookings with efficiency and care.
* Coordinating the smooth daily flow of the practice using our online booking system—strong computer skills are essential.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
The attributes required:
* Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.
* Someone who can be the warm, friendly face that greets clients and their pets on arrival.
* A proactive individual who can confidently guide clients by staying fully informed about all practice services and offerings.
* A calm, attentive approach, always focused on meeting each client's needs.
* Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service—along with a love for animals.
* The ability to handle a range of situations with professionalism, from supporting clients during difficult moments to celebrating the joy of a puppy's first visit.
* A team player who contributes to a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.
