Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Ensuring the timely collection of payments from clients.
4. Managing and resolving any invoice queries.
5. Assessing and reviewing credit applications.
6. Producing monthly reports and forecast cash flow.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
8. Working closely with the sales team to implement terms and conditions for new clients.
9. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and audits.
10. Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and client information.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
11. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP).
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
14. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
15. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
