Clarity are recruiting for a Superintendent/Managing Pharmacist for a pharmacy in Belfast, Co. Antrim!
What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday - Friday! Some Saturday work might be required. No late evenings past 6pm & no Sundays. McLernons is the dispensing system used. Great support team in the pharmacy to help balance and cope with the workload. Great package on offer!
What you'll be doing:
* Management of dispensary and a dynamic team
* Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
* Looking after the Regulatory compliance with PSNI Obligations and other regulatory bodies
* Engaging actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
* Any other duties as required
What we desire:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
* Good time management
* Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
What we require:
* Must be a registered pharmacist with the PSNI or in the process or registering.
* At least 3 years post-registration experience
Salary would depend on your experience, but the pharmacy is open to negotiations.
