Graduate Client Experience Manager
to help our customers get maximum value from our platform and, as a result, better understand and engage with the UK's fastest-growing companies. You'll join a close-knit team in the heart of Nottingham city centre and go through extensive training to set you up for success.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
* Working with people:
chatting to clients from banks, universities, government bodies and more, helping them navigate the platform and get what they need
* Training:
running tailored, engaging sessions that explain complex things clearly
* Organising & improving:
juggling tasks, smoothing processes, and suggesting better ways of doing things
* Spotting opportunities:
flagging useful add-ons or features to our Account Managers when you see a chance to up- or cross-sell
* Ensuring value:
making sure clients have a great experience so they stay with us year after year
We're looking for someone with:
* A university degree (any discipline)
* Stellar people skills:
emotionally intelligent, a great listener, naturally friendly and curious
* Proactivity and ownership
: ambitious, organised, and comfortable taking charge of your workload
* Bonus experience:
customer service, hospitality, tutoring or teaching (any people-focused roles welcome)
