Responsibilities
* Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
* Provide sales support within the team, handling product promotions, telephone and electronic queries.
* Fully satisfy customer needs regarding any part orders, returns, or queries.
* Contribute to a positive team performance while working on personal benchmarks to optimize personal performance and support sales product promotions.
* Liaise with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure delivery requirements to customers are met.
* Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature.
* Use the e‑learning portal to improve performance.
* Maintain experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
Qualifications
* Able to work well and deliver results under pressure.
* Organised with great attention to detail.
* Customer‑focused.
* Target driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* A team player with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT literate.
* Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat helpful but not essential.
Working Hours
45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
