ASC Specialist Support Worker

Salary:£445 - £515 per Week
Contract: Full-time

Are you dedicated to supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions in a nurturing, specialist environment? We’re looking for passionate and skilled Support Workers to join a well-established special provision catering to young people aged 2 to 19 with a variety of additional needs.
Role Overview:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions, helping them access education and develop social, communication, and life skills
* Implement personalised strategies and interventions under guidance from the multidisciplinary team
* Support both day and residential pupils, fostering independence and confidence
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere
* Contribute to behaviour management plans and promote positive engagement
Who You Are:
* Experienced or trained in supporting individuals with ASC or keen to develop expertise in this area
* Patient, empathetic, and skilled in understanding diverse needs
* Confident working with children and young people across a broad age range (2–19 years)
* Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Flexible, reliable, and proactive with a passion for making a difference
