Production Technician – Metallised & Brazed Assemblies Rugby, Warwickshire | Full-time, Permanent, On-site Join a global leader in advanced materials. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Metallising Value Stream—working closely with engineers and operations to improve manufacturing quality, efficiency, and processes. You’ll be involved in root cause analysis, problem solving, process improvements, new product introductions, and technical support on our metallised and brazed ceramic assemblies. What you'll be doing: Supporting production with root cause analysis and structured problem solving Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost quality and reduce lead times Assisting in new product introductions (NPIs) and first article builds Reviewing and improving SOPs, routings, and BOMs Working closely with engineers, apprentices, and operations teams Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance at all times What we’re looking for: Experience in a manufacturing environment A recognised engineering qualification (ONC level or above) Solid understanding of engineering drawings and technical processes Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, continuous improvement mindset This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that’s committed to sustainability, safety, and innovation.
