Full Time Service Planner Required
Based in Cwmbran
Working within a friendly, lively office environment you will be responsible for handing out service and/or installation calls to a team of technicians working for a family run Drinks Dispense Business. Your day will involve allocating new jobs to technicians as well as ensuring work previously scheduled has been completed. This role is fast paced and requires you to speak to customers and technicians as well as liaising with the relevant teams within the business. This is a full-time position based in Cwmbran.
The role is 40 hours per week at an industry competitive rate with opportunities for OT during our busier periods. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

Duties will include:
* Call allocating
* Reviewing jobs within each area
* Juggling resource
* Escalation to Managers
* Point of contact for Technicians
* Thinking on your feet and reacting to changing circumstances within your day
* Regular contact with customers
Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word & Outlook is important along with a keen eye for detail. Previous planning experience preferred but not essential.
