Job Description:
We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.
The primary responsibility is to manage post-approval cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring they meet the original terms by implementing necessary account management and redemption strategies.
1. Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
2. Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
3. Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
4. Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
5. Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and chase clients for payments or compliance.
6. Prepare redemption statements.
7. Manage requests for further advances or extensions.
8. Build relationships with key partners and investors.
9. Possess knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
10. Review and challenge documentation effectively.
11. Work well in a team and independently.
12. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
13. Understand the conveyancing process.
14. Have a background in financial services.
15. Utilize Excel spreadsheets proficiently.
16. Communicate effectively at all levels.
17. Possess good numeracy skills.
18. Be aware of GDPR and legislative requirements.
Qualifications and experience in these areas are preferred.
