Ob Title: Adult Dysphagia / Voice Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6 / 7 Location: London Start Date: ASAP Rate: £25.00–£36.00 per hour Working Hours: Part-time (3 days per week) Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Speech and Language Therapist with specialist skills in dysphagia and voice to join a London-based service on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a varied adult caseload. This position is ideal for a confident Band 6 or Band 7 clinician who is competent in the assessment and management of dysphagia and voice disorders, and who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Assess, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with dysphagia and voice disorders. • Manage a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload. • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs. • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with professional standards. • Participate in service development, audits, and clinical governance as required. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent). • HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). • Proven experience and clinical competence in adult dysphagia and voice. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload effectively.
