\nWe are working with a leading motor retail services provider who is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the business on a full-time, fixed-term basis.

\nIn this role, you will support regulatory compliance processes, with a focus on FCA and Consumer Duty standards in a motor retail finance setting.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
* Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
\n\t
* Maintain compliance records and monitoring logs.
\n\t
* Summarise management information (MI) reports.
\n\t
* Assist with meetings, minutes, and action logging.
\n\t
* Support the Compliance Monitoring Plan and escalate risks.
\n\t
* Perform quality assurance checks and support internal investigations.

\nRequirements
\n\n
\n\t
* Experience in compliance, finance, or motor trade (preferred).
\n\t
* Knowledge of FCA rules/Consumer Duty.
\n\t
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
\n\t
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
