A popular primary school in Oxfordshire is recruiting an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to start January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will plan and deliver coherent, knowledge-rich sequences that develop pupils' vocabulary, fluency and reasoning. This Year 3 Teacher will lead guided reading, small-group maths work and cross-curricular topic teaching. The Year 3 Teacher role in Oxfordshire includes involvement in moderation, assessment tracking and enrichment activities; the Year 3 Teacher will take part in induction and planning ahead of January 2026 so teaching can begin smoothly in January 2026.

Working in Oxfordshire, the Year 3 Teacher will collaborate with phase leaders and TAs to refine medium-term plans and to run high-impact intervention groups. The Year 3 Teacher will maintain clear records, communicate progress with families and contribute to whole-school improvement. Responsibilities

* Contribute to moderation activities and year-group curriculum planning across Oxfordshire.
* Engage with parents to share progress and next steps for learners.
Person specification
* Qualified teacher with recent Key Stage 2 experience and clear Year 3 impact.
* Secure curriculum knowledge in English and mathematics and confident behaviour strategies.
* Collaborative, reflective and ready to join the Oxfordshire school community; available to start January 2026.
