About Us
At Orange Grove, we believe that strong relationships are the foundation of successful fostering. Founded in 1996 by two dedicated social workers, our mission has always been to nurture connections—whether it's with the children in our care, our foster parents, or our partners in the community.
We strive to create a safe and positive family environment for the children, while providing tailored support to our foster parents. Our commitment to building strong relationships has been at the heart of our philosophy for over 20 years.

* Hold a Social Work England qualification or equivalent, and be registered with Social Work England.
* Experience working within fostering.
* Comprehensive knowledge of fostering regulations, child care law, and safeguarding legislation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Commitment to high-quality practice, including occasional work after 5 PM and on weekends.
* Participation in an Out of Hours rota for the Northwest region (phone contact/sign posting).

Your Responsibilities
