We are looking for an experienced compliance Officer to support with the ongoing success a company within the finance industry. The role is based within a friendly and supportive team where you will provide administrative and customer service support for the compliance sector of the business. This position comes with training and plenty of internal development opportunities to help you become successful within the role. If you have a background in banking or financial services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you !
Duties:
Conduct internal call monitoring
Review the end-to-end process of applications
Monitor online chat forums
Document and report monitoring results
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines
Manage meeting schedules
Maintain work standards to meet regular audit requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:
Previous experience in banking or financial services
Familiarity with FCA regulations is advantageous
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
