Job Title: School Cover Supervisor
Teaching Personnel is seeking a School Cover Supervisor to provide general cover at a partner secondary school in the Carmarthen area. The school values supporting the local community and looks for dedicated individuals to support teaching staff during absences.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver lessons set by the classroom teacher.
* Manage student behaviour positively, following school policies.
* Support students struggling to complete work.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
* Supervise pupils outside of lessons, including before, after, and during lunch breaks.
Eligibility Requirements:
* Driver with own vehicle (essential).
* Right to work in the UK, with proof of documentation.
* Registration (or willingness to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) and Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
* Provide two years of references, including those related to work with children.
* Degree in any subject.
* Previous experience as a Classroom Manager, Cover Supervisor, or Unqualified Teacher is preferred but not essential; transferable skills or experience supporting young people are welcome.
