Role: Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4:00pm
Salary: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay ( attendance monthly bonus)
Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced client based in Welwyn Garden City
Duties of an Administrator:
1. Ensure the relevant HR data base is kept up to date, ensuring that accurate information is input on the system
2. Minute taking
3. Keeping all files up to date
4. Dealing with compliance and right to work documents
5. On-boarding new starters
6. Dealing with annual leave on BrightHR
7. Helping manage the recruitment for the business
8. Keep training records up to date
9. Printing and scanning
What we would like from you:
10. Previous experience within Administration
11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
12. Confident communication skills
13. Attention to detail
14. Highly organised
15. Proactive and ability to work in a fast pace environment
