The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, improving reporting processes, and providing strategic financial insight to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Provide financial analysis and performance insight to senior leadership
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
* Support commercial decision making through financial modelling and analysis
* Manage and develop members of the finance team
* Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Previous experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
* Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
* Experience managing or mentoring finance staff
* Commercially aware with strong analytical capabilities
* Confident communicator able to work closely with senior stakeholders
