They are now seeking an Associate to join their high-performing Retail Property Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high end Retail Estate in the heart of London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day management of a diverse retail portfolio
* Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives
* Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers
* Support business development and contribute to team success
About You:
* 2–3 years post-qualified experience (MRICS)
* Strong background in retail property management & mixed use
* Commercially astute and confident in managing client expectations
* Skilled in lease analysis, service charge management, and reporting
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
