Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team. Nike Retail teams focus on product knowledge and customer service to deliver a premium brand experience to consumers. Nike Gretna is looking for the next 8 hour Retail Assistant to join our team.
What You Bring
* Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
* Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Supporting various store departments (operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Availability
* Available between 7am - 7pm.
* Part-time (8) HOURS PER WEEK.
* 2 full days availability.
* Must include two out of the three: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
