Foreman – Contract: Permanent – Location: North Devon
We are recruiting an experienced Construction Foreman to join a busy civil engineering contractor on projects across North Devon.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
* Monitor progress, quality, and site health & safety
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Report to project managers and maintain site documentation
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor in civils, groundworks, or construction
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Full UK driving licence
