Job Title: Brickwork Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: East London - Centre based, with travel required for learner workplace visits
Salary: up to £54,000 (Salary depending on qualifications and experience & inclusive of location uplift)

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ in Brickwork, coupled with extensive bricklaying experience.
Must have worked on new-build developments, with 1st and 2nd fix experience.
Ideally have experience of delivering Brickwork Apprenticeships or ‘on the job’ mentoring.
Willingness to undertake the teaching and assessing qualifications - funded by the client.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Duties:
Teach/assess learners working towards Brickwork Apprenticeships, across practical and theoretical competencies.
Ensure training materials are up to date and in-line with organisational and regulatory standards.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.Please note:
