Key Responsibilities:
The HCM Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HCM System Lead with the following core areas of Workday within McBride:
Day to Day HCM Management:
* Support of tenant management and configuration (including business processes)
* Security set-up and support of audits
* Management of user documentation and training materials
* Report management and stakeholder awareness
* Implementation of mass data requests using EIBs
* Following the governance and change control processes
* Complex query resolution with local HR teams or HR process owners
* Member of ‘Workday Community’
* Work to level definitions and measures
Optimisation, Innovation and Change Management:
* Support release management
* Recommendation of enhancements and development to existing configuration including testing
* Analytics and dashboards providing insight for HR and leadership
* Assessment and improvement of end-user experience and adoption
* Training and communication requirements
* Working with AMS Partner and Workday where changes cannot be managed in-house (with approval via change board)
Stakeholder Management:
* Working with subject matter experts and process owners within HR for Recruitment, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning and Performance Management
* Working with local HR teams to manage complex user queries, training and assess potential changes in configuration requirements
* Working with 3rd Parties on AMS support, new implementations, requirements new releases
Key Result Areas:
Quality and accuracy of delivery of HCM support provided
Business partnering with local HR teams and HR process owners
Supports HCM Lead with:
* System analytics and evidence of utilisation across HR team and wider users including the effectivenss of current configuration and business processes.
* Timely preparation of documentation and planning for change board
* Delivery of assigned projects (on time / budget) as defined in the approved project scope
* Conformance to governance and change control processes and audit requirments
Customer satisfaction measured in line with meeting SLAs and regular feedback
Will support the wider HR function with delivery of its objectives
