Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies.
* Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to implement behaviour support plans.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them engage with learning and school life.
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting.
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
