What We’re looking For:
* Experience in lift/escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs preferred.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in lift/escalator maintenance.
* Willingness to work towards Schindler Certification Level 3 Red.
* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience on multi-brand equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with a flexible approach.
* Strong communication skills with clients, service leaders, and inspectors.
* Good manual dexterity for operating tools and recording information; ability to lift and use hands, arms, and feet repetitively.
* Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
* Solid administrative skills and punctuality.
* Full UK driving license required.
