Responsibilities
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop clear, outcome-focused plans for children and families
* Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and high-quality interventions
* Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to deliver holistic and effective support
* Maintain accurate, timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies
* Provide practical guidance and emotional support to service users, empowering positive change
Qualifications
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional experience
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience in assessment and statutory casework
* Car driver with access to a vehicle (essential for the role)
* Ability to work from the office a minimum of three days per week
* Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4:30pm on Friday, supporting a structured and manageable working week
