Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a mainstream secondary school judged outstanding by OFSTED.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student behaviour.
2. Oversee an internal exclusion programme to facilitate students' return to lessons with improved behaviour.
3. Manage and analyze behaviour data to positively impact student outcomes.
4. Support students during their return to mainstream lessons and after-school impositions.
Candidate Requirements:
* Professional qualification and/or experience working with young people.
* Good communication, numeric, IT, and administrative skills.
* Positive role model, enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence later.
