Rasoi Catering | Senior Leadership Role
Rasoi is expanding its catering division and we are looking for someone to take ownership of building and growing it properly.
This is not a basic events manager role.
We need someone who understands how catering businesses actually grow — through strong venue relationships, repeat corporate work, wedding planner networks and tight operational control.
You will be responsible for developing the catering arm into a structured, revenue-generating division with clear systems, strong partnerships and consistent standards.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Business Development & Relationship Building
* Building and maintaining relationships with key wedding venues
* Developing partnerships with wedding planners and event coordinators
* Actively targeting corporate clients for recurring catering contracts
* Increasing repeat business and referral bookings
* Improving enquiry conversion and structured follow-up
2. Revenue Growth & Strategy
* Growing catering turnover year-on-year
* Increasing average booking value
* Identifying upsell opportunities (staffing, presentation, add-ons, premium menus)
* Structuring packages that improve margins
* Tracking pipeline and performance
You should understand numbers, margins and how to grow revenue responsibly.
3. Operations & Standards
* Overseeing event planning and delivery
* Managing staffing levels and training
* Ensuring logistics run smoothly
* Maintaining high presentation and service standards
* Improving systems where needed
Attention to detail is critical — our catering must reflect a premium brand.
Who We're Looking For
* Proven experience in catering or event operations
* Evidence of revenue growth or successful business development
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of margins
* Organised, structured and accountable
* Comfortable taking ownership
You must be confident representing the brand externally and capable of improving internal systems.
