Salary: £45,000 (rising to £50,000 after 6 months) + Commission

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-achieving sales professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and actively prospecting new business opportunities, focusing on selling our volume recruitment services, including our innovative Fast Track service designed for seamless management of large-scale or ongoing recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing recruitment clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Proactively identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, primarily within the FMCG sector in the North East.
* Present and promote Baxter Personnel's full range of recruitment services, with a particular emphasis on our volume recruitment solutions and Fast Track service.
* Conduct client visits to understand their recruitment needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:
* A proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* A demonstratable network of decision-makers within FMCG companies, ideally based in the North East.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
* While experience in the recruitment industry is not essential, a strong understanding of the recruitment process is advantageous.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the North East region.
