Passenger Services Agent - Part-time - Spanish Speakers
We are actively searching for vibrant and fluent Spanish-speaking Passenger Services Agents to join our energetic team at London Heathrow Airport!
You will partake in all activities within Passenger Services, including check-in, boarding, transfer, off jetty boarding, UMS, PRMS, CUSS, arrivals, and baggage services. Ensures Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, quality standards, and performance targets to ensure overall customer satisfaction alongside operational cost efficiency.
Hours of Work: Part-time (18.75h/week) - lates only

Passenger Service Agent Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth operation within Passenger Services, including check-in, boarding, transfer, off jetty boarding, UMS, PRMS, CUSS, arrivals, and baggage services, meeting service commitments efficiently and safely.
* Providing best-in-class customer service for our airline clients.
* Handling airline or passenger complaints/claims efficiently and customer-focused, in coordination with airline policies.
Passenger Service Agent Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish (Essential)
* Right to Work in the UK
* Availability for late shifts starting from 4pm
* Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
* Knowledge of passenger services processes and airline operations preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
* Basic IT skills
* Cultural awareness
