Salary: £50,000–£55,000
Location: Wolverhampton (Onsite with occasional working from home)

You'll manage infrastructure, networks, and security while driving innovation and delivering projects that matter.
What You'll Do
* Oversee IT operations across infrastructure, networks, applications, and security.
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers.
* Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Provide clear reporting on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with teams to implement best-practice solutions.
* Manage the IT team of 4 including 1 in India.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.
* Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on capability when needed.
