Director of Strategic Partnerships
We are seeking a commercially driven, creative partnerships leader to take our commercial strategy to the next level. As a Director of Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for building long-term brand alliances, creating innovative partnership propositions, and delivering tangible revenue growth through high-impact sponsorships and brand activations.
This pivotal role involves developing and leading partnership strategy across multiple event formats, identifying new commercial opportunities with brands, venues, and agencies, and creating compelling propositions for brand activations, fan zones, and seasonal experiences.
You will also be responsible for building strategic relationships with household-name food & beverage brands, delivering sponsorship deals that offer clear ROI and meaningful audience engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue teams.

Requirements
* Proven Experience:
* Proven experience in sponsorship sales and partnership development
* Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong network across brands and agencies – particularly in food, drink, and lifestyle sectors
* Strategic mindset with the ability to craft tailored, commercially viable partnership packages
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including brand and C-suite leaders
