Role Overview
Retail Sales Colleague – Permanent part‑time, 8‑15 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours. Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.51 after probation) plus an average bonus per hour of £0.89. Works at Currys store in Aberystwyth.
Working hours typically include Saturdays and Sundays; the store is open 7 days a week, usually between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., with local variation.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support operational tasks that run the store.
