Location: Flexible – Hybrid/Remote options
available
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + generous profit share scheme
PQE Level: 1-5 years | Role Type: p>Permanent
Why This Role Stands Out
At PDA Law, we combine high-quality commercial property work with meaningful social impact—offering a rare opportunity to work with charities, religious institutions, CIOs, and housing associations alongside a thriving corporate client base.
If you’re a 1-5 PQE lawyer looking to:
✅ Diversify your expertise in a role blending traditional commercial property and not-for-profit sectors,
✅ Gain autonomy while benefiting from senior support in a collaborative, mid-sized firm,
✅ Balance challenging work with flexible arrangements (hybrid/remote options),
✅ Earn beyond your salary with a transparent profit share scheme,
—this could be your ideal next step.
The Work You’ll Do
* Lead on commercial leases, acquisitions, and development projects (from high-street retail to charity-owned assets).
* Advise faith groups, charities, and housing associations on property portfolios, governance, and strategic transactions.
* Collaborate with our employment teams on cross-sector deals.
What We Offer
✨ Career growth: A clear path to Senior Associate for high performers, with opportunities to develop a niche in charity/social property law.
✨ Work-life balance: Flexible hours, remote working, and a supportive culture (no presenteeism).
✨ Financial rewards: Profit share scheme (paid annually, with clear metrics) + salary reviews.
✨ Purpose-driven work: Directly impact community organisations—clients you’ll feel proud to support.
Who We’re Looking For
* A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-5 years’ PQE in commercial property.
* Experience with charities/CIOs, religious bodies, or housing associations is a big plus—but we’ll also consider commercial lawyers eager to pivot into this space.
* Ambition to grow—whether into a specialist role, leadership, or a broader practice.
* Commercial mindset and client-facing confidence (you’ll manage key relationships).
Why PDA Law?
* No rigid hierarchy—your ideas shape your career.
* Culture matters: teamwork and work-life balance.
