As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating compliance processes for healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements, mitigating risks, and contributing to the overall reliability of our agency while delivering exceptional customer service.

Every day you will…
1. Collaborate with recruitment teams to oversee the entire compliance process, ensuring all healthcare candidates meet necessary pre-employment requirements for smooth onboarding.
2. Liaise with teams across the organization to streamline compliance procedures, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
3. Maintain our internal database to track and update compliance statuses for current healthcare workers and onboard new candidates.
4. Oversee the collection and management of required right-to-work documentation, including Proof of ID, Eligibility to Work, DBS checks, and professional registrations.
