Head Chef requirements:
* Proven experience as Head Chef in an independent, quality:led gastropub or restaurant.
* Strong skills in kitchen management : rotas, costings, GP control, and supplier relationships.
* Confident in developing seasonal menus and leading a brigade across service and events.
Head Chef benefits:
* A GBP 45,000 to A GBP 55,000 salary + Tronc and Bonus
