Your new role
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you’ll provide essential support across a range of financial and administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting sales and purchase ledger processes, including invoice runs, payment processing, and resolving queries.
2. Supporting procurement with purchase order creation
3. Assisting with project data input for inventory and timesheets
4. Performing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining monthly spreadsheets
5. Handling inbound finance calls and managing the shared inbox
6. Usingpany systems to store andpile financial data efficiently
7. Providing general administrative support including minute-taking, filing, and correspondence
8. Collaborating with other departments and contributing to continuous service improvement

What you'll need to succeed

11. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
12. Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Excel at intermediate level)
13. Experience with Sage 50 (desirable)

15. You’ll be an efficient and productive team member, capable of prioritising tasks and escalating issues when necessary.
