Job Title: Interim Finance Business Partner
Location: Edinburgh / Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (PAYE)
Contract: Interim 3 month contract, with potential for Temp-to-Perm - Immediate Start
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation on an interim basis, providing hands-on financial insight and business support. This is a key role offering exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to help shape the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to deliver financial planning, reporting, and analysis
2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
3. Provide insight on cost control and operational efficiency
4. Contribute to strategic initiatives and business improvement projects
What We're Looking For:
5. Qualified accountant preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), but QBE candidates will also be considered
6. Experience in facilities management or related sector is highly desirable
7. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
8. Comfortable working independently and delivering under tight deadlines
