Inspire the next generation of young tech creators! Are you passionate about coding, game design, or AI — and love sharing that excitement with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic Lead Facilitators to run our hands‑on, high‑energy Tech Camps for children aged 8–15 this January and February in Borehamwood.
About the Camps
Our camps are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in technology. Each day is packed with fun, project‑based learning where kids get to explore:
* Python programming – from the basics to intermediate
* Unity game development – for young creators who love designing worlds
* Intro to AI – through simple, age‑appropriate tools and challenges
The Role: Lead Facilitator
As a Lead Facilitator, you’ll be the energy and inspiration that brings each camp to life. You’ll:
* Deliver engaging, hands‑on coding and tech workshops
* Guide campers as they learn, build, and create together
* Lead groups of around 25–30 children, supported by a group of assistant facilitators
* Work with tools such as Python, Unity, Scratch, and beginner‑friendly AI platforms
* Create a fun, safe, and inclusive space where every child can thrive
Camp Details
* Dates: 5 – 10 January & 16 – 20 February 2025 (with more dates available throughout 2026)
* Location: BOREHAMWOOD
* Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM dailyil>
* Pay: Competitive daily rate, based on experience
What We’re Looking For
* Experience teaching, mentoring, or engaging with children aged 8–15
* Confident knowledge of Python and Unity (AI experience a bonus!)
* Positive, reliable, and comfortable leading group sessions whilst helping kids have fun!
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check (we can help with this)
