Supporting the day-to-day operational activity of the allocated Company Owned and Operated Stores, Store Managers, and Area Managers. Responsible for an allocated number of stores as well as some network-wide tasks. Work closely with and collaborate with the selected Area Managers and their teams, in addition to working collaboratively with wider Certas Energy UK functions. Drive business efficiencies, offer cost-effective, sustainable solutions, and ensure all of the Company Owned and Operated Retail stores are supported and compliant with Certas Energy processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide the required day-to-day support for all allocated stores, e.g., ordering, reconciliations, banking, and queries.
2. Enhance and improve all business processes used across the network by suggesting new ideas for process improvements.
3. Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks required for the stores within your remit as set by the Team Leader Retail Support Team.
4. Provide escalation support for Store Managers and their teams for back-office processes or issues.
5. Maintain categories for the assigned dry stock categories across the network.
6. Monitor adherence to company processes and policies, escalate non-compliance, and work with Store Managers to develop understanding and ensure compliance, offering coaching where needed.
7. Support Area Managers and Store Managers with recruitment paperwork and follow-up actions to optimize the labor model.
8. Attend quarterly team meetings, understand KPIs, and support the delivery of site-specific and area-specific plans collaboratively.
